I've been looking back over the past few series of strips and I've noticed little stylistic things that I've been slowly working in. I was amazed to recognise several things that I must have subconciously borrowed from other comics.
Stylistically, I probably owe a lot to Goats (http://www.goats.com), just because I've been reading it for so long and a lot of my early observations about how to make an objcet more defined came from observing Jon's work. But I've also slowly modified Lara's design and most recently I think I took a little from both Commissioned (http://www.theministryofabnormality.com/webcomic/) and CAD (http://www.ctrlaltdel-online.com/) as well as from observing my wife as she stands. As for shading, I've developed that slowly from a lot of sources too numerous to mention.
In comics slated for Monday, I ended up splitting apart some word bubbles similarly to how O does it in Commissioned. I did this mostly without thinking about it I believe I also did this on this past Thursday's comic
So thanks everyone who has inspired me in some way, whether I realised it or not!
