So, what would make YOU, the viewing audience, actually start participating in the forums? What enticing community features would you like to see added to the site?

And yes, we are planning on repairing the forum theme so it matches the site again.

Uh, I was thinking just today... what if there was a private section on the forum with a couple of bonus comics? This isn't exactly answering your question, but I thought it might be an experimental incentive for people (in the very least) to join up. In general users might not stick around to post... but maybe a small percentage would?

It just dawned on me that maybe it wasn't the best idea asking people who don't read our forums what would make them read our forums... or our forums.

True, but I have a sneaky suspicion that people who don't read the forum probably don't read the news, or don't care to post on the forum. ;)

Maybe I'm just overly cynical.
