Title: Special soldier angel-angel.
Post by: Magusman on March 01, 2005, 06:34:38 PM
What do you folks think about Lara's new hair color?  Did you like her previous hair color better or would you rather have it a different color entirely?

Personally, I thought the change was rather spontaneous and random but people do get that way on occasion.  Certainly, it wasn't nearly as random as some comics that have shown up (http://www.baldninja.com/archive.php?comic=2005-02-01).  I'm still not sure if I like the purpleness yet but it will make it easier to pick out who Lara is, as if the wings didn't give it away in the first place...

On a thinly related note, it would be funny if Lara did a magical girl transformation sequence.

Girls do random stuff like that all the time. Today at school my whole English class sat around cutting each other's hair.

But no, I don't like the purple. :P  I would prefer a different colour... one that is less... scary.

First of all, I'm glad I'm not an english major, nor do I ever have to take another english class again... :)  Second, if you're in an english class, but not in england, where'd that u come from in "color"?

Arr, I'm not an English major either but I'm required to take at least two English classes.  I think this current English class I'm taking is the last one for my bachelor's.  As for her special manipulation of the English language (she's not British by the way), Lindsay is just "special."

Lindsay:  What different color would you prefer?  Green perhaps?  And how is purple scary?

I prefer British spellings better. They're more aesthetically pleasing & more correct.

Jessen: Hey, I could be British. I'd attract guys much more easily. Then again, I could don a southern accent & still be able to get guys more easily. :P   "Special"? You know, talking that way about someone who edits your English papers isn't particularly nice. Then again, you've made it particularly easy on me by writing them. :P

Purple hair scares me because the only time I almost got in a physical fight the girl had bright purple hair. Green hair would make sense if she's a blonde.. maybe she swims a lot. Or she could've gone red or brown.

And it's always much appreciated when you peer review my essays.  So does that mean I write a pretty decent paper if it's easy to edit?

Aha.... how unfortunate.  Those purple haired warriors are everywhere... just biding their time.

Jessie Jessie Jessen YIP!: If it's easy to edit, yes, it generally means it's a pretty good paper. However, your papers generally take 30-60 minutes to edit. :P

Steve: Grammatical Avenger? I will hurt you.   But no, I didn't actually get in a fight. I didn't even know the girl. She thought I called her an f-ing fat...butt... & she said she was going to beat the crap out of me. My buddy Alex told her she had the wrong girl because I would never say anything that mean about someone & that I didn't even KNOW her. She finally agreed not to hurt me. I never did get an apology, though. :(

Purple hair?  wtf!  It's like going to Tarleton State University*, yeesh!

*Tarleton is one of Texas A&M's smaller sister universities that's in the Texas A&M system.  Their school colors are purple and white and a few of them like to die their hair their school colors.
