It didn't really bother me in today's comic with skullsplitter, but man, in the last panel of tomorrow's comic (thursday, 3/3/05), the lack of an actual background is almost annoying to me, which kinda sucks. I just had no clue how I should go about drawing a background for the bar. At least the physical bar itself is half-decent though.

Because that'd be a pain in the ass to color, mostly. I thought about doing like goats and drawing several stock backgrounds and then just splicing them into the panels as necessary, but that turns out to be a fair lot of work in and of itself as well. So, uhm. I'm not terrible sure where I'm going with this, but it involves a potted plant and a hangover, I'm sure.
Don't worry, I've got some learning curve left to figure these complex questions out.
