I haven't actually played the new Sims 2 expansion yet, as I don't have a working cd-rom drive, nor quite the funds to replace it.  But I do know there are ninja clothes (including the appropriate headwear).

No, I think the outfit is just so you can have people dress like that for your shop (you can now own a business, it's really fun).  I suppose you could make a ninja shop and sell... ninja-y things. (I can't think of any ninja-themed objects, so you'd be out of luck with that as well).  I guess you might as well just wait until they come out with "Sims 2: Ninja Expansion Pack"

(Just kidding about the Ninja EP, that isn't anything I've heard of...)

There are robots you can make too.  They do stuff.  Until I get a new cd-rom drive though, I only know what my wife tells me.

I'd love to see SimNinja...  you come home at the end of your first day, all you've been doing is grinding flash powder up and laundering the ninja outfits.  Maybe you got in trouble because you used the wrong detergent and all of the ninja uniforms have faded from that stark black that lets them hide in the shadows so well...

I think it's funny that she won't let you play on hers...  The robots *are* awesome.  The "servo" one, when activated becomes a member of the family, with wants and needs - they don't have to eat or anything, but they do have to power up, which can only bedone during the day, since it must be solar powered.  They clean and cook for you.  I haven't had one completely malfunction yet, when your "cleanbot" malfunctions, it spits out garbage EVERYWHERE... it's not pretty.
